How We Support HSA Programs
Front Desk and Clerical Support: These teams greet clients, answer phones, enter data, process mail, fulfill clerical requests, provide notary services, complete copy jobs, and manage critical documents such as birth, medical, and social security records.
Records Management: The records team maintains agency files by filing documents, scanning and imaging records, managing case file requests, tracking file locations, and overseeing retention schedules. Their efforts keep information secure and readily available.
Empowering Staff and Programs: By handling these essential administrative tasks, the teams free staff to focus on delivering services efficiently and effectively.
